Job Description
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) seeks a Social Worker Level 3 for a 12-month maternity leave backfill in the Neurosciences Team, Spinal Injuries Unit.
Based at the Spinal Injuries Unit, you will provide specialist psychosocial care, counselling and advocacy to patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
