Lite n' Easy is one of Australia's most recognised meal delivery brands and behind every campaign is a high-output digital marketing team that moves fast and gets things done. We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to support our CRM function and keep customer communications running accurately and on time.

n

This is an entry-level role with genuine depth. You'll be working hands-on in CRM execution, email, SMS and app campaigns, working closely with the marketing team, with exposure to the broader marketing operation at a brand with serious scale. If you're looking for a role where you'll actually learn the ropes rather than just tick boxes, this is it.

What you'll do

n

- Build and deploy email, SMS and app push campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with our CRM team to execute sends accurately and on time across a high volume of activity,this is the core of the role.
n
- Deploy customer surveys and help manage the feedback loop that keeps our CRM and lifecycle comms grounded in what our audience actually thinks.

- Support CRM campaign reporting -pulling data,



maintaining trackersand helping the team stay across what's performing.
n
- Coordinate cross-functionally to keep CRM campaigns on track - communicating the details, audiences and deployment timelines that internal stakeholders need to plan around.

- Pitch in on broader marketing team needs from time to time, as most roles on this team do.

Who you are

n

n
- You've got around 12 months' hands‐on experience in a marketing role and you're ready to build on that foundation.
n
- You're organised and precise- the kind of person who catches the detail others miss and takes pride in getting things right.
n
- You work well at pace-this team moves quickly and manages a lot of simultaneous activityand you'll need to stay on top of multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
n
- You're curious about how digital marketing works-not just the task in front of youbut the bigger picture it connects to. There's a lot to learn hereand you'll get out of it what you put in.
n
- You're switched on, proactive and genuinely keen to build a career in digital marketing.
