About the Opportunity

n

As a Site Supervisor/CARPS controller, you will supervise day to day operations for the Patient Support Department at a site level for a designated shift to ensure all assigned tasks are performed according to organisational priorities and established practices and procedures.

n

In this role you will:

n

n
- Receive requests from ward and departmental based staff and other hospital staff for assistance and prioritise and delegate work via CARPS.
n
- Supervise delegated staff to ensure the completion of assigned tasks, responsibilities and projects.
n
- Network with other Patient Support Department Supervisors and Managers.
n
- Co-operate with other staff members to ensure that duty requirements and standards are met and maintained.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team including ability to motivate and train staff.
n
- Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
n




- Ability to implement and monitor policy and procedures relevant to the Patient Support Department.
n
- Ability to allocate and prioritise tasks in a fast-pace setting with competing priorities and demands.
n

n
