About the role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse with Sidekicker, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents across a range of aged care settings.

n

You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to support residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life, while ensuring care is delivered safely and professionally.

n

What you'll be doing

n

- Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical requirements
n




- Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition
n
- Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice
n
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and broader care teams
n
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
n
- Contributing to a safe, respectful and positive care environment
n

What you'll need

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Current influenza vaccination
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A compassionate, professional and resident-focused approach to care
