Job Description

The University of Sydney seeks a Change and Adoption Manager for a 12-month fixed term, full-time role to drive a major transformation in complaints management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Complaints, you will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of current platforms and ways of working.

You will collaborate with ICT, complaint handling units and partners, shaping governance, readiness, and reporting while building capability and sustaining
