About The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Course & Program Coordinator – Training to join our Member Services team.
n
This is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for coordinating the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of a broad range of training programs, including accredited and non-accredited courses, government-funded initiatives, corporate learning solutions and digital learning programs.
n
Working closely with facilitators, clients, government stakeholders and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our training programs are delivered efficiently, achieve robust participant outcomes and continue to meet the evolving needs of business and industry.
n
In This Role, You Will
n
n
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training courses, programs and funded initiatives
n
- Support program administration, reporting, participant engagement and stakeholder communications
n
- Prepare government reports, performance updates and program documentation
n
- Manage training resources, learning materials and content governance processes
n
- Work with subject matter experts and facilitators to review, develop and improve learning content
n
- Support facilitator onboarding, contractor management and quality assurance activities
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with members, clients,
industry partners and government stakeholders
n
- Monitor participant feedback, training outcomes and continuous improvement opportunities
n
- Support key accounts, partnerships, training contracts and funded program delivery
n
- Contribute to operational excellence, process improvement and innovative learning solutions
n
- Provide leadership and guidance to training administration and support functions, as required
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs, learning projects, RTO activities or government-funded initiatives
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across industry, government and business sectors
n
- Experience preparing reports, submissions and program performance documentation
n
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery environments
n
- Experience managing learning resources, content reviews, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
n
- Experience using CRM systems, Learning Management Systems and student administration platforms
n
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
