About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in a Logan area.

n

Responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing investment homes in your area
n
- Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
n
- Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover
n

n





Skills and Experience

n

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

n

n
- 2 yearsexperience as a Supervisor in volume housing
n
- Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential
n
- Strong trade management and time management skills
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
