We are seeking a passionate Holiday / Short Term Booking Manager for our short term and corporate letting department.

The successful candidate will be appreciated, valued and respected within our team environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry to grow into a property management role.

Duties / responsibilities

Bookings management

n

Advertising and website management

n

Property preparation

n

Managing property maintenance

n

Landlord / client communication

n

Compliance management

n

Keeping up to date and practice current legislation

n

On call for after hours check in's and emergencies

n

Skills / Experience:

n

Excellent personalpresentation

n

Exceptional time management skills

n





Solid communication skills both written and verbal

n

Customerservice focused

n

Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest

n

Disciplined to follow procedures and process

n

Ability to buildrapport with clients

n

Current driver's licence and own car or ability to get to the office.
