What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
n
- Safely perform manual handling tasks
n
- Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
n
- Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
n
- Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team
n
- Work 1:1 with participants in the community
n
- Use your own vehicle (with reimbursement)
n
- Be available for a mix of short and long shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You're someone who is:
n
n
- Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs
n
- Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight
n
- A team player — communicates clearly and works collaborativelyCommitted to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
n
- Unrestricted full driver's licence
n
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them)
n
n
