Job Description
On behalf of our client, a leading professional services firm in Sydney CBD, we are seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join the business on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent university graduate looking to take their first step into the corporate world, or someone with a background in hospitality who is looking to transition into a more structured office setting.
n
You'll be the go-to person in the office, creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
n
Supporting a busy office of approximately 100 employees, you will coordinate a range of office administration, facilities, events and employee experience initiatives, while working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
n
This role is based in the office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and administration of the Sydney office
n
- Act as the key point of contact for office-related queries and requests
n
- Coordinate facilities, maintenance,
office supplies and general workplace requirements
n
- Manage meeting rooms and shared office spaces, ensuring the workplace is organised and welcoming
n
- Coordinate internal events, team functions, celebrations and office activities
n
- Assist with onboarding new starters and ensuring they have everything they need from day one
n
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, catering providers and building management
n
- Support senior stakeholders and internal teams with ad hoc administrative requirements
n
- Assist with invoices, expenses, purchase orders and general office administration
n
- Contribute to a positive and engaging office culture and employee experience
n
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiencies
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in Office Coordination, Administrator/ Receptionist
n
- Professional services experience would be highly regarded
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confident dealing with people at all levels of an organisation
n
- Positive, energetic and approachable personality
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
- Comfortable coordinating events and managing multiple priorities
n
- Available to commence ASAP
n
