About the Role
n
We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientedSupply Chain Coordinatorto join our dynamic team inChatswood, Sydney. You'll play a key role in ensuring our cruise ships receive the right products, on time and to specification — supporting supply flow, vendor management and ship operations.
n
Every day is different — from liaising with vendors to planning delivery schedules and assisting with sourcing during unplanned events, this role offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global environment.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Working with stakeholders to ensure products are contracted and supplied to the ships.
n
Assisting in the coordination of ongoing requirements within various markets.
n
Working with Supply Chain Logistics to plan ordering and delivery schedules.
n
Ensuring costs and specs align with expectation of materials and services for operations
n
Supporting the purchase order process.
n
Maintaining collaborative internal & external relationships.
n
General administration related to sourcing and supply chain.
n
Working within a diverse change management environment.
n
About You
n
You're passionate about customer service,hospitalityand travel, with the drive to build a long-term career in the cruiseorsupply chain. Ideally with a background in hospitality, you're results-driven, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You bring strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, a great work ethic, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. The cruise line industry is a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work out of hours and on weekends when required is an important part of this role. Hands-on and proactive, you're always ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

You have:
n
12 months experience in purchasing, procurement,
supply chain or hospitality.
n
Comfortable working within a dynamic environment.
n
Ability to engage with unique stakeholders in a complex workplace.
n
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
n
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
n
Highly motivated and flexible to meet the evolving priorities
n
Sound knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office and working knowledge of a computerised purchase order system.
n
Accountability, ownership and the ability to work with an open and positive-humoured approach
n
Business Acumen - understands how personal objectives align with business objectives
n
Continuous Improvement – continually seeks ways to improve the business
n
Flexibility to be available on call or over the weekend as per the needs of the business
