Job Description

This is a hands‐on workshop position suited to an experienced welder/fabricator who can work independently and takes pride in producing consistent & quality work. The initial position is casual, with the potential to move into full time work. You'll be working with stainless steel and mild steel fabrication for commercial bakery and food proceasing products.

Key responsibilities

n

Fabrication of tube racks, frames, trolleys and other food equipment

n

MIG welding of stainless steel and mild steel

n

Fitting and fabrication work

n

Finishing, grinding and fitting components after welding

n

Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship

n

About you

n

Proven experience in welding fitting and fabrication

n

Experience with stainless steel welding

n





Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

n

Able to work independently

n

Ability to work safely and maintain a clean and organised workshop

n
