LABOURERS /PARKS MAINTENANCE WORKERS– TOOWOOMBA CARNIVAL OF FLOWERS

Protech is seeking Cleaners / Parks Maintenance Workers to assist with Litter/Waste Bins Collection and Public Toilet cleaning over the Toowoomba Carnival 7th SEPTEMBER - 9th OCTOBER 2026

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

n
- Work locally in Toowoomba (Local Toowoomba Parks)
n
- 5/2 Roster Monday - Friday/Saturday 8 hours per day
n
- Attractive Hourly rates on offer
n
- $37.50 per hour (Casual Rate)
n
- Opportunity for long term permanent employment with Protech working within Parks and Gardens Maintenance
n
- Training and ongoing support on the ground
n

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following

n

n
- Monitor and empty waste bins & replace bin liners around Toowoomba Parks
n
- Litter control
n
- Monitor, clean and tidy local public park toilets
n
- Take pride in safety and maintaining equipment
n
- Work well within a team environment
n

n

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED





n

n
- C Class Licence and transport to and from work
n
- Experience working within the cleaning industry
n
- Flexibility to work shift work including weekends and afternoon shifts
n
