Job Description

Flanco is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to develop, lead, monitor and report HSE processes across construction projects. Based in Bayswater with travel to sites as required, you will promote a safe workplace and lead with coaching and solid communication.

The role requires relationship building with clients, crew and supervisors, and a proactive, solution-focused approach to safety and environmental management. This senior position reports to the Operations Manager.
