We're working with a highly regarded real estate business in Sydney's Eastern Beaches looking for a hungry, switched-on Leasing Executive to join their property management team.

n

And no, you don't need years of leasing experience.

n

What they care about is attitude.

n

If you're confident, polished, organised, good with people and genuinely serious about building a career in real estate, they'll teach you the rest.

n

This is not a dead-end leasing role where you spend the next two years opening doors.

n

It's an opportunity to get into a strong agency, learn the industry properly and build a genuine pathway into Property Management, Business Development or broader real estate operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

You'll become a key part of the leasing process across a busy Eastern Beaches portfolio, including:

n

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Meeting and speaking with prospective tenants
n
- Managing enquiries and following up applications
n
- Assisting with rental listings and property preparation
n
- Liaising closely with the Property Management team
n
- Keeping applicants updated throughout the process
n
- Helping ensure properties are leased quickly and professionally
n
- Learning the systems, processes and day-to-day workings of a successful real estate office
n

You'll be out of the office, meeting people,



seeing properties and actually learning the business.

n

WHO THIS WOULD SUIT

You might be:

n

n
- Fresh out of your real estate course and trying to land your first proper role
n
- Working in retail, hospitality or customer service and ready to move into property
n
- Already in real estate administration or reception and wanting more exposure
n
- In leasing now but looking for a better team and clearer progression
n

n

We're much more interested in your attitude and potential than whether you've already done the exact job before.

n

You'll need to be confident, personable, organised, reliable and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

n

YOU MUST HAVE

n

n
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
n
- A valid driver's licence
n
- Access to a reliable car
n
- The ability to work Saturdays when required
n
- Ideally live within reasonable travelling distance of the Eastern Beaches / Eastern Suburbs
n
