Role Overview
n
This role will see you supporting the account manager with administrative coordination, scheduling, and client communication to help ensure the smooth delivery of security projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide administrative support to the Management team across multiple concurrent projects
n
- Assist with the preparation of project schedules, reports, and documentation
n
- Monitor timelines and milestones to help ensure on-time project delivery
n
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors
n
- Coordinate meetings, site access, inductions, and client correspondence
n
- Manage document control and maintain accurate project records
n
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and track project-related expenses
n
- Support compliance with safety and quality procedures throughout all project phases
n

Requirements
n

- Prior experience in a similar Project Administration or coordination role (security, construction, or technical industries preferred)
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
n
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project tools like AroFlo, SimPRO, or similar is an advantage
n
- Financial administration experience (POs, invoicing, budgets) highly regarded
n
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
- Australian working rights required
