FedEx is seeking an energetic Operations Supervisor for our Erskine Park station to lead the Pick-up & Delivery team. You will oversee daily fleet execution, ensure safety standards, and coach a diverse workforce including direct staff, agency personnel, and contractors.

In this hands-on role, you’ll drive operational excellence, resolve bottlenecks, collaborate with Operations Managers and customer service, and report on KPIs to support continuous improvement in a rapid-paced logistics
