The Role

n

Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will work across the full development lifecycle on medium density apartment developments. With a secure development pipeline at varying stages,



you will gain exposure to front-end design, town planning and construction delivery.

About You

n

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, construction, or project management.
n
- Proven experience in the residential sector
n
- Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a robust commercial acumen.
