About The Role

This is a real opportunity to shape the next generation of trainers and assessors, equipping them with the essential skills, confidence and capability to make a positive impact across the VET sector.

Join our extraordinary Training and Assessment team. Following a period of strong demand, we're expanding our casual teaching team and are looking for passionate educators to join us.

This is a valuable opportunity to work alongside a highly engaged, collaborative team delivering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment program across a mix of face-to-face and online environments. Classes run during the day and evenings, providing flexibility around your commitments.

While casual opportunities are available immediately, there is strong potential for future short-term contract opportunities for those looking to expand their involvement.

Some Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

- Deliver engaging training and assessment across classroom and online settings
- Support diverse learners using inclusive and adaptable teaching approaches
- Develop, review and maintain assessment tools and learning resources




- Contribute to validation, moderation and quality assurance activities
- Maintain accurate records and compliance requirements across delivery and assessment
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve student outcomes and learner experiences

About You

You're an experienced vocational educator who enjoys helping others build confidence, capability and career opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring a practical solution focused approach and can balance high quality student support with the administrative requirements of a compliance driven training environment.

Additionally, You Will Have

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50122) or equivalent qualifications
- Experience delivering Training and Assessment qualifications highly regarded
- Significant vocational education experience and confidence working with learners from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administration, quality and compliance responsibilities effectively

Highly Valued Attributes

- Flexibility to deliver training across online and/or face-to-face delivery environments, including at our Wyndham campus
- Experience contributing to quality assurance, validation, moderation, compliance, learner support, accessibility, or inclusive education initiatives

Salary Range





Casual Teacher L2 | $95.01 (teaching) and $64.58 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF5 teaching qualification

Casual Teacher L3 | $98.77 (teaching) and $67.10 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF6+ teaching qualification
