AUM Global Migration and Education is looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our growing team in Sydney.

You will work closely with corporate and individual clients, providing end-to-end migration services and assisting with a broad range of Australian visa and immigration matters.

About the Role

n

As a Registered Migration Agent, you will be responsible for providing qualified migration advice, managing applications, and supporting clients throughout their immigration journey.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide strategic migration and immigration advice to corporate and individual clients
n
- Assess client circumstances and eligibility and identify appropriate visa pathways
n
- Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications from initial assessment through to decision
n
- Manage a diverse range of matters, including:n n
- Employer Sponsored Visas – Subclass 482, 494 and 186
n
- Family Visas
n
- Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters
n
- Skills Assessments
n
- General Skilled Migration
n

n
- Assist clients with visa refusals, cancellations, reviews, and compliance matters
n
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, ART and other relevant stakeholders
n
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients




n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure applications are prepared to a high professional standard
n
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n
- Stay current with changes to Australian migration legislation, policy and procedures
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve positive client outcomes
n

About You

n

We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Migration Agent who has strong knowledge of Australian migration law and practical experience managing visa applications.

n

Essential / Desired Skills & Experience

n

n
- Current MARA registration
n
- Approximately 2–4 years' experience within the Australian migration industry is desirable
n
- Demonstrated experience handling a broad range of Australian visa subclasses
n
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration legislation, policy and compliance requirements
n
- Experience with employer-sponsored, skilled and temporary visa pathways
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
n
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
n
- Strong client service and relationship-management skills
n




- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
n
- A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
n

n

Language skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi, in addition to English, will be highly regarded.
