Working closely with executive leadership team, you'll be involved in a broad range of business projects and operational initiatives. No two days are the same, with work spanning compliance, franchising, policies and procedures, legal administration, and business improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting franchise compliance and governance activities
n
- Managing trademark registrations and related administration
n
- Coordinating franchise documentation and agreements
n
- Assisting with franchise sales administration and transfers
n
- Managing insurance and licensing renewals
n
- Maintaining company registrations and corporate records
n
- Reviewing, updating, and creating policies, procedures, and business manuals
n
- Driving business improvement and special projects across the franchise network
n
- Supporting national and international development initiatives
n
