About the role

n

We're looking for a reliable Food Process Worker to join our creamery team, assisting across our butter, crème fraîche, and buttermilk production. You'll play a hands‐on role in keeping production running smoothly and our product quality high.

Key responsibilities

n

Assist with butter, crème fraîche, and buttermilk production

n

Pack and palletise finished product, checking quality and weights

n

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (GMP/HACCP)

n

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production area

n

About you

n

Reliable,



hands‐on, and detail‐oriented

n

Comfortable with physical work, and able to stand for long periods lifting up to 20kg

n

Able to follow procedures and work well as part of a small team

n

Food manufacturing or process work experience is a plus but not essential — full training provided

n

Forklift licence is an advantage but not required

n

This position is based in Australia. Applicants must have current unrestricted Australian working rights. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
