We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Driversto join a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham. This hands-on role involves operating trucks and combi-lifts to source, inspect, position, and transport containers throughout the site while ensuring all food safety, cold-chain, and security requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate trucks and combi-lifts safely throughout the site
n
- Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks
n
- Source and transport containers according to load schedules
n
- Conduct 7-point container inspections and report any damage
n
- Photograph containers and record inspection information
n
- Connect containers to 3-phase power and set required temperatures
n
- Monitor refrigeration units and report alarms or faults
n
- Complete Container Register Forms and associated documentation
n




- Weigh full containers and print weight dockets
n
- Apply container labels, locks, and security tags
n
- Follow all dock procedures, traffic management plans, and site safety requirements
n
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and clean work areas at the end of shift
n

About You

n

n
- Current Truck Driver's Licence
n
- Current Forklift and/or Combi-Lift competency/sign-off
n
- Previous experience operating trucks, forklifts, or container handling equipment
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and records
n
- Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
n
- Flexible to work rotating shifts when required
n

- Truck Driver - Loadout: $32.94/hr

- Truck Driver - Loadout: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading

Weekend penalties are incorporated into the applicable rates where relevant.
