We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Bondi Junction.

The role is acasual position,working Wednesday and Thursday with shifts between the hours of8:00am-6:00pm.

Role Overview:

n

As aMedical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
n
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
n
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
n
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
n
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
n

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
n
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
n
- A solid background in customer service or reception.
