Following our established success across Victoria, NSW, SA and WA, we are expanding our services in Queensland and are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team.

We believe behaviour support should be collaborative, respectful, neuro-affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Our practitioners are supported by experienced leadership, efficient administrative systems, and a solid clinical culture that prioritises quality over volume.

We're currently recruiting practitioners across Brisbane, Greater Brisbane and surrounding communities.

About the Role

n

This is an autonomous mobile outreach position where you'll provide specialist Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants within their homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.

n

You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by a responsive administrative team and experienced clinical leadership.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
n
- Developing high-quality, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
n
- Delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support interventions.
n




- Working collaboratively with participants, families, schools, support workers and allied health professionals.
n
- Supporting the implementation of strategies that enhance quality of life while reducing restrictive practices.
n

What We're Looking For

n

Applicants must have:

n

n
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
- Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or willingness to obtain one.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, or another recognised discipline.
n
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
n
- ABN.
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
