Australian Piling Group (APG) is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Bella Vista/Norwest finance team onsite. This hands-on role manages end-to-end payables and bookkeeping, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.

You will liaise with project managers and subcontractors, process invoices, perform reconciliations in our ERP (Xero) and support month-end close. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in AP, solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and experience with Xero,
