SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE EPOXY FLOORING CONSULTANT

Location: Sunshine Coast
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60K Base

On Target Bonuses: $20,000-$25,000.00

ABOUT EFC

Epoxy Flooring Co (EFC) is South East Queensland's leading epoxy flooring specialist.

We transform garages, commercial premises and industrial facilities with premium epoxy flooring systems designed to look incredible and perform for years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a consultative customer service & sales role focused on converting customer enquiries into bookings.

You will spend most of your day on the phone to homeowners, builders, property managers and business owners to assess their needs, provide recommendations and recommend epoxy flooring solutions.

You will be supported by proven systems, strong marketing and a growing brand reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend scheduled client consultations mainly via phone
- Assess project requirements and take measurements
- Recommend suitable flooring solutions
- Prepare and present quotations
- Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve agreed performance targets
- Represent EFC professionally at all times

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Previous sales experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
- Self-motivated and driven
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently
- Computers skills are very important
- Ability to deal with high volume and highly paced sales process

You must have a sense of humour and enjoy workplace banter!!

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

- Construction industry experience
- Flooring industry experience
- Estimating or quoting experience
- CRM experience
- Trade background
- Home improvement sales experience
