Job Description
Aspiring Talent is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its PMO and support a diverse portfolio of initiatives and programs of work.
n
This is a hands-on BA role suited to someone who can quickly understand business needs, engage stakeholders and bring structure and clarity across multiple concurrent priorities.

The Role
n
Working within the PMO, you will support projects and initiatives through:
n
n
- Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
n
- Business process mapping and process improvement
n
- Functional and non-functional requirements definition
n
- Current and future-state process analysis
n
- Identification of business improvement and automation opportunities
n
- Options and feasibility analysis
n
- Translating complex information into clear business requirements and insights
n
- Engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams
n
- Supporting multiple initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines
n
n
About You
n
n
- Strong requirements gathering and management capability
n
- Demonstrated business process mapping experience
n
- Experience working across complex projects or programs
n
- Robust stakeholder and relationship management skills
n
- The ability to analyse complex problems and provide practical recommendations
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously within a fast-moving PMO environment
n
n
Experience supporting complex corporate systems, business transformation or technology-enabled change will be highly regarded.
