Commercial Sales & Leasing Admin Support

We are seeking a full time assistant to join our friendly Maroochydore team.

n

Monday to Friday work hours

One-on-one initial training to support early development

Key Responsibilities: The Sales Admin role will need to perform a multitude of duties to support the Maroochydore based sales and leasing team. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

n

Assist with prospecting, lead generating, preparation of canvassing material for promotion of properties and sales team, mail outs, flyers

n

All necessary support tasks associated with the sale and leasing of commercial real estate

n

Liaising with clients at agent's direction

n

Market research as required

n

Maintain and manage database for agents

n

Prepare listing and appraisal documents under direction of agents

n

Diary management (arranging inspection times with current and prospective tenants/buyers)

n

Leasing management, including lease proposals, CTA's and RTA's, leasing checklists, recording of lease transactions in the database, obtaining deposit,



insurance and any relevant documentation, follow up as necessary, key handover under direction of agent

n

Coordinate photography

n

Provide daily support to agents

n

Secondary inspections

n

Key management

n

Prioritise work ensuring all deadlines are met

n

Team collaboration

n

Other duties and tasks as required

n

Requirements: To be successful in this position you will need:

n

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

n

A motivated, proactive approach

n

Excellent attention to detail, reliability and willingness to take on responsibility

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills

n

Experience dealing with clients is desirable

n

Effective time-management and multitasking abilities

n

An appreciation for structure, systems and processes

n

Remuneration: Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
