Requirements

n

We are looking for experienced sommeliers with a strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.

n

WSET and or CMS education is preferred but not essential, however a passion for wine and

n





service is.

n

Key duties will include guest service, stocktaking, stock receival & cellar management.

n

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

n

RSA certification.

n
