Metalon Group specialises in the supply and installation of Colorbond roofing for recent home construction. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to customer emails and enquiries

- Processing job bookings and scheduling
n
- Coordinating maintenance and job requirements
n
- Liaising with builders, customers and internal staff
n
- Providing professional and timely customer service
n
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring details are correct

About you

n

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

n

Experience in customer service, administration or the residential building industry will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right person.

n

Immediate start available. Salary negotiable based on experience.
