About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our services, covering Supported Independent Living, accomodation and support for participants with complex needs. You will lead a small team of Case Workers working closely with our administration team on rostering, and playing a key role in keeping our residential services running safely and smoothly, day and night.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Lead and support Case Workers delivering day to day support
n
- Hold primary responsibility for the on-call phone and roster, acting as first responder for incidents, staffing gaps and urgent matters
n
- Oversee service delivery ensuring consistent, high quality support for all participants
n
- Coordinate with the administration team on rostering in line with the SCHADS Award
n




- Lead quality assurance and risk management for residential services, in line with the NDIS Practice Standards
n
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, guardians and other stakeholders
n
- Manage incident reporting, documentation and escalatae matters as needed
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and day to day supervision of your team

What You Will Bring

n

n
- Relevant qualifications and experience within Supported Independent Living or Accommodation models
n
- Experience supervising or leading a team
n
- A person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach to your work
n
- Sound knowledge of NDIS systems, processes and the Practice Standards
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
n
- A current open C Class driver's licence valid in Australia
n
- Completion of NDIS Worker Screening, including a valid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain these
n
- First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain
n
- Experience with Brevity Care Software is an advantage
n
