Job Description

Pacific House is a high-end Backpackers Hostel, Café and Bar in central Sydney seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the General Manager and owner. You will be the face of the Hostel, delivering attentive service and overseeing reception, admin, staff motivation and daily operations.

You will manage a diverse team, recruit staff, cover for the General Manager, supervise guest satisfaction, and direct reservations, entertainment and housekeeping.
