Based in Salisbury South, Ezy-Fit Hydraulics & Engineering Group is an Australian owned and operated designer and manufacturer of high-quality hydraulic cylinders as well as other bespoke engineering activities. Our factory premises comprises of 5,500 sq metres and houses state-of-the-art CNC machinery as well as traditional lathes and mills. Our welding capability comprises of Mig, Tig and Submerged Arc.

About You

n

- Trade qualified
n
- Thorough knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Able to effectively interpret engineering drawings and specifications
n
- Experience in operating key manufacturing equipment
n

n

Your Tasks

n

n




- Carry out the manufacture of products and components in accordance with work orders, drawings and other instructions.
n
- Assist with material and component selection and handling.
n
- Maintain identification and traceability of manufactured products.
n
- Carry out and record the results of in-process inspections on manufactured components and assemblies according to instructions.
n
- Report non-conformities to the Leading Hand or Production Manager.
n
- Look for opportunities of continuous improvement within the organisation.
n
- Operate in a secure manner and in accordance with WH&S; Regulations.
