Job Description
The Salvation Army seeks a values-driven AOD Team Leader to support day-to-day operations and lead participant-led, recovery-focused services at a 40-bed residential facility on the NSW Central Coast.

You will provide guidance to the team and ensure high-quality case management, assessment, referral and education are delivered in line with TSA guidelines.

This full time role reports to the Service Manager and offers SCHADS Level 6 salary in accordance with the award.
