About the Centre

n

We have two childcare centres at Colebee and Penrith. The company prides itself on its high-end renovation and variable resources allowing children and educators to explore and connect with great support.

Your key priorities will be to:

n

n
- Planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaningaway materials and supplies;
n
- Daily/weekly planning and objectives;
n
- Evaluate programming;
n
- Completing the children's daily reports;
n
- Creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment;
n
- Maintaining a high level of health & safety standards; and
n
- Food preparation as needed.

Your responsibility:

n

n
- Educatorsare holding or willing to get ECT in early childhood teaching.
n




- Current Working with Children Check
n
- ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis
n
- Current understanding of National Quality Framework, Early Childhood Education and Care Laws and Regulations and the current Assessment and Rating Process.
n
- Ensuring a focused approach to embed exceeding practices as per National Quality Standards.
n
- Building connections within the community and create a positivereputation in early childhood education and customer service.
n
- Comprehensive understanding ofthe planning cycle, observation techniques and making essential links to children'slearning outcomes.
n
- A commitment to best practice.
n
- Demonstrated initiative anddecision making abilities
n
- Ability to time-manage and meet deadlines.
n
