We are seeking a Customer Service, Warranty & Returns Officer to become a valued member of our friendly and supportive team.

n

About the Role

n

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing warranty claims and product returns. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

n

Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish

n

Coordinate product returns and credits

n

Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty assessments and outcomes

n

Maintain accurate customer and warranty records

n

Follow up on outstanding claims and returns

n

Provide general customer service and administrative support

n





What We're Looking For

n

Hands-on experience with marine & RV accessories, low-voltage electrical and mechanical products

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

n

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

n

Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

n

Previous experience in customer service, warranties, returns, administration, or a similar role will be highly regarded

n

38 hours per week

n

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm

n

Friday: 7:30am to 3:15pm
