Key Responsibilities

- Provide versatile, professional in-home care and support to clients
n
- Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences
n




- Follow service agreements, care plans, and internal service procedures
n
- Assist clients to maintain a healthy, safe, and comfortable lifestyle at home
n
- Maintain clients' dignity, privacy, and independence, and build trust through respectful communication
n
- Complete assigned tasks under guidance and deliver care with a skilled and attentive approach

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
n
- Experience working in home care services or aged care facilities providing support services to the elderly
n
- Valid First Aid certificateli>
n
- National Police Check (no criminal record)
n
- Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle
n
- Full Australian working rights
