Manpower is currently seeking experienced Production Operators with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a leading FMCG manufacturing facility in Huntingwood.

n

This is not a forklift-only role. We are looking for hands-on operators who are confident working across forklift operation, machine operation, raw material handling and production support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

n

Approximately 50% of your time will be spent operating a forklift, with the remainder dedicated to machine operation and supporting production activities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate LF forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Transport and handle palletised loads up to 1 tonne
n
- Supply raw materials and packaging to production lines
n
- Operate depalletising and production equipment
n
- Load materials into machinery and monitor production processes
n
- Remove waste materials, empty pallets and production by-products
n
- Assist with machine operation, changeovers and general production tasks
n
- Maintain high housekeeping, safety and quality standards
n
- Support multiple production areas as required
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar Production Operator, Machine Operator or Manufacturing role
n




- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and handling palletised loads up to 1 tonne
n
- Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing or production environments
n
- Experience working around machinery and automated equipment
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
n
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
n
- Flexible and willing to assist across multiple production areas
n

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to:

- Attend an onsite walkthrough
n
- Pass a National Police Check (Manpower will supply)
n
- Complete mandatory online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement
n
