Job Description

Aruma is seeking an experienced Facilities Lead to manage property infrastructure, records, and administrative support across a national portfolio. You will lead Facilities Officers, drive maintenance strategies, ensure compliance with WHS and building codes, and coordinate contracts and procurement to deliver value for money.

Based across northern NSW to Brisbane, the role requires travel and a proven track record in leading geographically dispersed teams within disability or not-for-profit
