Automation Architect

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to design, scale, and modernize enterprise‑grade automation frameworks while driving AI‑led innovation across quality engineering. This role will lead framework strategy, technical delivery, and automation transformation initiatives aligned with business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and evolve the Enterprise Playwright Automation Framework (UI & API) for scalability and reusability
- Design and implement automation solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Bitbucket)
- Manage secure workflows and credentials using Azure KeyVault
- Drive AI‑powered automation using GitHub Copilot and agentic models
- Modernise legacy automation frameworks and align delivery standards
- Mentor and guide automation engineers and consultants




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align automation strategy with business vision
- Stay updated on AI and automation trends to deliver continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in test automation
- 3+ years working with AI/ML applications in testing
- Robust understanding of LLM integration, agent workflows, and AI model lifecycle
- Hands‑on expertise with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, UFT Developer, Mainframe testing tools)
- Experience building automation in DevOps environments with CI/CD integration
- Cloud experience (preferred: Azure)
- Excellent architecture, leadership, and communication skills
