About the Role

n

Working within a busy airline catering facility, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling and quality checking meals and catering products to ensure all flights depart on schedule and to the highest standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assemble and pack airline meals in accordance with airline specifications
n
- Portion and prepare meal components
n
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met
n
- Work collaboratively to meet strict operational deadlines
n
- Conduct quality inspections of meals and catering products
n
- Ensure products meet airline specifications and presentation standards
n
- Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns
n
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality procedures
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n

n
- Previous experience within hospitality, food production, manufacturing or warehousing environments (desirable)
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n




- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
n
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
n
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Previous food handling or quality assurance experience highly regarded
n
