Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for home appliance products.
n
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to sales teams to enhance their understanding and performance.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training materials are up to date and relevant.
n
- Offer ongoing support and coaching to sales team members.
n
- Facilitate training launches and marketing events, training roadshows, both the brand and retailer, as required across both HA and HE categories.
n




- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to incorporate into training sessions.
n
- Prepare communications and direct state teams to execute NPI/GTM ISM strategies.
n
- Attend and support all meetings, conferences, events and sessions as required in both metro and regional areas
n

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Trainer - Home Appliances should have:

n

n
- Experience in a training or coaching role, ideally within the Retail industry.
n
- Strong knowledge of home appliances and their features.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- The ability to engage and motivate sales teams effectively.
n
- Proficiency in creating and adapting training materials.
n
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
