An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing, well-established real estate team on Sydney's North Shore. This is a premium role offering strong support, streamlined processes, and genuine long-term career growth into leadership.

The Role

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 115 properties, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of property management. With the backing of a dedicated leasing consultant and offshore support, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants—without the distractions of accounts, leasing, or business development.

- No leasing, no BDM,

- Strong support structure including leasing consultant and offshore team

- Commission on new business

- Explicit pathway to step into a Team Leader/Department Head role

- 9AM to 5PM

About You

- Proven experience in residential property management
n
- Strong knowledge of legislation and processes
n
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
- Proficient with PropertyMe (or similar systems)
n
