Job Description
Project Manager: Commercial Construction Projects
n
n
- Salary package of $150,000 - $180,000 based on experience
n
- Company vehicle, fuel card and technology package included

About Our Client

Our client is a respected commercial construction company with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout Queensland. With a focus on safety, innovation and client satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project delivery and support continued business growth.
n
What You Will Be Doing
n
n
- Managing commercial construction projects from planning through to completion
n
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
n
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved
n
- Maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
n
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance reviews
n
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships
n
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions
n
n
What You Will Need
n
n
- Certificate III in Carpentry and/or demonstrated Project Management experience
n
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
n
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
n
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
n
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to be based in the Mackay and Whitsunday Regions
n
- Willingness to travel throughout Queensland as required
n
