About the Role

n

Mackay is in a strong delivery cycle right now, commercial builds, asset upgrades, and regional infrastructure work are keeping local builders busy, and this business continues to pick up its share of it. We're looking for an experienced Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor to run day-to-day site execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, and program delivery, stepping in for the Project Manager when they're off-site. Based out of Mackay,



with current work in Clermont and future projects likely closer to home. Accommodation and travel covered if you're relocating.

Duties

n

n
- Run daily site operations, pre-starts, permits, site coordination, QA checks, and progress tracking
n
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour, keeping sequencing and standards on point
n
- Lead safety on site, toolbox talks, SWMS, and compliance
n
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and estimating team on scope, variations, and schedule lookaheads
n
- Step into the Project Manager's role in their absence, owning site decisions
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Proven supervision or foreman experience on commercial, industrial, or maintenance projects
n
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management
n
- Current White Card and relevant site safety tickets
n
- Open to DIDO/FIFO if relocating isn't on the cards
n
- Local Mackay knowledge valued, not essential
n
