Quality, Completions & Commissioning | Site Based Delivery

Position Overview
n
Reporting to the Quality and Completions Lead/Principal, you will play a key role in coordinating quality assurance, completions management and handover activities throughout the project lifecycle.
n
You will help ensure that works are inspected, tested, documented and transitioned efficiently from construction through commissioning and final client handover.
n
About the role
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys working closely with site teams, commissioning teams and clients to ensure projects are completed, documented and handed over to the highest standard.
n
You will:
n
n
- Administer project completions management systems, including ITRs, check sheets and punch lists.
n
- Coordinate system and subsystem boundaries with engineering and commissioning teams.
n
- Track progress through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
n
- Managing end-to-end project completions and quality assurance using HUB2
n
- Support preparation and maintenance of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
n
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities and client witness points.
n
- Maintain traceable quality and completions records throughout the project.
n
- Compile MDRs, test packs and handover documentation.
n
- Raise and manage NCRs and corrective actions through to close out.
n
- Support subcontractor and supplier quality reviews and documentation requirements.
n
- Coordinate project walkdowns and support readiness reviews.
n
- Assist with preparation of handover and as-built documentation packages.
n

About you
n
You are a quality professional who combines technical expertise with practical construction delivery experience.
You understand the importance of balancing quality compliance with project outcomes and can lead teams to deliver both.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- A qualification in Engineering, Quality or a related technical discipline.
n
- Experience working in quality, commissioning, completions or construction delivery environments.
n
- Prior exposure to HUB2 software is highly regarded
n
- Understanding of mechanical completion, commissioning and handover processes.
n
- Experience with ITPs, ITRs, NCRs and quality documentation systems.
n
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
n
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
n
- Experience using quality, completions and document management systems.
n
