Job Description

The Role:

n

This leading national organisation operates within the Facilities Management sector and the FM Project Manager will oversee project delivery to a premium corporate client. An Individual Contributor managing Refurbs, Upgrades, Fit-outs and Minor services for all projects under $250k.

n

Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm.

n

The Responsibilities:

n

n
- Support and manage the delivery of day-to-day minor works or refurbishment projects as well as small Capex projects across a key client portfolio
n
- Provide direction to direct / subcontract trades and sub-contractors
n
- Capex budget management
n
- Monitor the work order platform
n
- Ensure compliance with governance, protocols and documentation
n
- Report regularly to management and client
n
- Participate in audits and inspections
n
- Liaise with facilities vendors, client and Base Building Management
n
- Work with different business lines to deliver projects planned for the year
n

TheSuccessfulCriteria:

n

n
- 5+ years experience managing technical projects
n




- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering,Project Management, Construction etc or relevant Trade essential
n
- Must have corporate office experience - essential
n
- Experience in Financial or Banking environment is highly advantageous
n
- High level attention to detail, reporting skills and process orientated preferred
n
- The ability to work autonomously and be hands-on when required
n
- Contractor management skills & experience
n
- Must understand technical requirements, processes and packages
n
- Be comfortable to undertake background checks including police check, credit check + ID check
n
