We're looking for an enthusiastic and capable IT Systems & Data Administrator to help manage and improve our technology environment, support staff, strengthen data quality, and contribute to innovative digital projects that directly support our mission.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role spanning IT support, systems administration, reporting, data management, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies including AI and automation.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the IT Support Engineer, you'll provide practical, responsive support across the organisation's technology ecosystem while helping drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce and other business systems.
n
- Maintaining Power BI dashboards, datasets and reporting processes.
n
- Assisting with data quality, validation, cleansing and reporting projects.
n
- Providing IT support, troubleshooting and system administration across the organisation.
n
- Managing user accounts, licenses, devices and access permissions.
n
- Supporting cybersecurity, privacy, governance and compliance activities.
n
- Developing system documentation,
guides and procedures.
n
- Delivering staff training and promoting the effective use of technology, AI and automation tools.
n
- Supporting digital projects and technology improvements from planning through implementation.
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with excellent people skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
n
You will ideally have:
n
Essential
n
n
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
n
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
n
- Experience administering Power BI reporting environments.
n
- Experience with Salesforce administration and data quality activities.
n
- Knowledge of user access management, device administration and cybersecurity principles.
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
n
- A current Working With Children Check and Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector.
n
- Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools or workflow automation.
n
- Microsoft, Power BI, Salesforce or cybersecurity certifications.
n
