The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a confident physiotherapist to join the Community Rapid Response Service (ComRRS) in Launceston. This permanent, full time role offers autonomy in rapid assessment and short-term care episodes up to six weeks.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with GPs and other providers to optimise outcomes, maximise independence at home and support patients with acute, chronic and complex conditions.
